We are in Arkansas. My sister had her first baby when she was eighteen and didn't know who the father was. When the little girl was ten months olds my sis and her boyfriend moved in with me my husband and two kids for a while when she lost her job and found out she was pregnant. Well she left her daughter with me so she could get a job and find a place with her new boyfriend. They kept getting kicked out and he can't keep a job so I asked her if she wanted me to raise her and she said yes. Six months later they still don't have a stable place and she has a six week old. I thought she was a goo mom to her but have heard from others that it's not true. She wants her first child back and not taking goo care of the young one. Can I get custody of both of them without reporting her? If she agrees to adoption can I do it without a lawyer? What steps do I need to take?
