Me and my girlfriend were just doing some foreplay I accidentally hit my penis in her viginal area. I don't know if it went in or just hit the outter side of it and I cumed. She screamed and then we went to the wash room and washed the vigina, there was nothing to be seen at her vigina but on her feet there was this blood clot. I freaked out. Then later there was no blood. What possible could it be.

I'm a little confused here - you ejeculated in your girlfriend's "vaginal" area. She screamed. The two of you then washed her vagina (which is pretty much impossible) and then you found that she had a blood clot on her foot.
Is that the question? Why do you think the blood clot was related to intercourse?
You also need to have a far better understanding of female anatomy than you apparently have.

I do understand female anatomy I am a medical student. But I am kind of freaked out, why was there the blood clot and there was no blood later. She is not at her period dates atm. Its ovulation time for her.

Well, the you know it's vagina and not vigina area - and you also know there is no way to "wash" the vagina. If you are saying that she douched following sex, then you know how dangerous that is.
So - you are a medical student and can't figure out where the blood came from?
I repeat - the blood clot was on her foot?

Do you mean a bit of blood was on her foot? As a medical student how would you detect a blood clot in a foot at least not without an MRI or similar scan?
And why is this posted under Mental and Emotional Health?
