Is it discrimination to get UA for supposed alcohol abuse and I was not drunk I was actually sick and required ER but also unable to urinate due to illness?

My discrimination complaint would be I'm a white female who had to refuse UA for inability to urinate. Actually had to be straight cathed in hospital. My boss is an African man. A few months ago he did randoms on some people and an African American man refused because he does use drugs. He currently has a job, was never suspended or anything. Why am I any different from the African American man?

Is this part of your overall problems with the Police - https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/criminal-law/lawsuit-cop-defamation-697436.html#post3251409 - or something new?

No, they are actually completely unrelated. Just 2 bad situations at the same time. And I'm not guilty of either!
