How can I lose 50 pounds less than a month - NO

At your young age you will need professional assistance to stabilize any weight issues as you are still developing.

There is absolutely no way to lose 50 pounds in a month.

If you're overweight for your height then talk to your doctor about starting a healthy diet and exercise plan.

You may look at 10 pounds a month, if you really need to lose weight, at your ages it is a very dangerous issue.

How tall are you ?

Chuck is spot on. Age 11?

This is not the time to get extreme to loose 50 lbs best bet at your age is join a sports team and just cut out all the crap.

I've been big all my life and suffered a similar plight as you do at your age. I found walking and not drinking soda type drinks helped me to loose weight but be sensible about your goals, a good exercise plan and the right food, no junk food like Mcdonald's will see you resume a more normal weight

Ask your parents to get a diet and exercise plan from your doctor, then do what it says. Fast diets don't work. Also because you will be growing taller you may just need to maintain the weight you are and work not to gain. A doctor or nutritionist can help you. In the meantime eat fruit and vegetables, some meat and avoid junky stuff like fries, chips, soda and juice and other junk.
