I saw this movie on TV in 1990 or 1991. It was color, live action, and looked 80s or 90s. In it people were getting a bizarre disease that turned them bloody and made them spread it by spitting water on people. The first scene I remember was a young blonde woman, possibly a nurse, getting sick. She wore a white shirt and pants, like a nurse's uniform, and had her hair in a ponytail. She was in a dark room, possibly a hospital. A bloody person was lying on a gurney, and they spit water on her face when she leaned over them. She started to cry. The next scene had a dark-haired man in another dark room with bloody people slowly advancing on him. He laughed at them. "Seen any good movies lately?" he asked. After that the blonde nurse was lying on a gurney and crying as she became bloody. The last scene showed a man bolting up in bed from a nightmare. He was buff and shirtless and may have worn a gold cross on a thin chain. He had light brown hair and a mustache. He turned over to see the bloody nurse lying in his bed. Then he got up and was looking at something and the scene cut to black.
The latest year for this would be 1991, and it looked to be 80s or 90s, and was color and live action, horror. I've tried Google searches and Youtube for this, as well as Wikipedia searches of 80s and 90s horror movies.
