My daughter Is 15 months old 3 weeks ago she had a fever of 100.4 no other symptoms just a fever and very moody. Now for the past 4 days she has had a really bad snotty nose. She can't blow it by herself yet so we just whipe it as needed. Since yesterday there has been blood in her snot. She hasn't had a full blown bloody nose but it is in her snot and the inside of her nose is bloody. We have use vicks and a vaporizer. She doesn't have any other symptoms just this snotty nose that now has blood in it. Should I be concerned?
