Well yesterday afternoon, around 4 my throat Started hurting really bad and I thought it just might have been irritation. I woke up at 12:00 a.m. And now at 2 and I haven't been able to go back to sleep! It hurts when I talk, swallow, talk or eat. I need to get rid of it by tomorrow!

There's different causes of sore throats and you can't just say 'get rid of it fast.'
If it's strep (a bacterial infection) you must see a doctor for antibiotics.
If it's just a virus infection, you have to wait it out. Cold viruses have no cure, and all you can do is drink lots of warm liquids with lemon and honey, suck on soothing cough drops, gargle with warm salt water every 30 minutes, brush your tongue and teeth, and keep warm.
Gargling with salt water is your best hope for actually treating a non-strep infection.
