So I am on isp probation in cheyenne Wyoming, I have been on this now for 15 months I am on level 3... back in June me and my girl got into an argument and no police were called no vilence nothing but my po said no contact until we do cousnling... so this sat night she did not know where to go or have a place to go so she came here where she is still paying rent and 2 probation officers caught her over here... we did our counsling on Monday and the lady said she sees no threat or harm in us living together... so today I got my punishment of instead of being done on sept 18 it will be oct 18 and I have to do 4 days in jail and my girl can live back home after Monday we go to our theripst and get a safety plan... is there a way to talk to her supervisor about not doing jail over somehthing so dumb... she is pushing me back and back over little things... we were not drinking or anything when they caught her over... please help

Sorry, you do what the PO says or they will make life a living hell for you.

Want the best way to assure that happens... try to question their authority.

Or you can give them an excuse to FIND a reason to violate you, just because they can.

I'm guessing you knew the risks and engaged in the behavior anyway and so this is the result.

I don't get it. She pays rent there but you were allowed to stay there? Where was she expected to live?

When she showed up you should have left and immediatedly called your PO.
