Hello I had a embelical Hernia Months ago. I have always had this lump in the same spot since. It doesn't hurt, I can't push it back in and its hard. But when I cough It does move. Is this scar tissue? I know before when I had the hernia It went back in easily and was not hard. What is this? Its messing with my head pretty bad.
