It's fruit juice but the water is taken away.

This reduces the weight and volume for transportation.

The juice can then be remade by adding water once it has arrived at location.

I don't know, what type of concentrate is it? Surely it will tell you what type of fruit it was from.

Does it smell like fruit?
Thick and colorful are definitely properties of concentrate.

Please Can Orange Flavours Be Also Classified As Fruit Concentrates

Flavourings are not the same as concentrates.

Concentrates are made from the actual fruit and so contain much of the fruit composition. Flavorings are often created artificially

It might be concentrate then, especially if that's what you think it is.

I wouldn't suggest drinking something if you don't know what it is though.
