I had a tooth removed 5 days ago an am scared that am going to get dry socket the clot is still there but it's a yellow colour is that normal? There is also a bit of bone at the back is that normal? I don't have pain but I am a smoker and worried

Were you told to stop smoking until the space has healed? Sucking action with cigarettes and using straws can dislodge the clot.

Mine stayed white (and I don't smoke).

The plug is very absorbent, so would pick up nicotine (yellow) when you smoke.

You DO NOT want to make sucking motions and lose the plug too soon and end up with a dry socket.
