Do I pay taxes if selling my house in usa if I am mexican
I am mexican and own a house in usa.
Wil be a need to pay sale taxes if I sell the property ?
Is there an option like putting the house to a grandson name
That is american, and then sale the house ?

Put it hin his name then he has a wopper of a gift tax issue he will owe taxes on.

Yes, you still have to pay the taxes on the home. You have to pay your annual property tax as well. If you work here, you have to pay income tax.

There are always local transfer taxes regardless of your nationality. No sales taxes that I am aware of, but each state is different.
