Why is SHE still getting child support if you are 30 and why is the father paying it?

Why at 30 do you think you are entitled to support instead of getting a job like most people do when they are 18.

THere is something more to this you haven't told us yet.

Your mom is probably receiving arrears that your father never paid while you were a minor. Either that, or you are considered to be disabled and not able to care for yourself.

In either case support is for the custodial parent, not the child.

As your father died in 2005 it is unlikely that your mother is receiving child support, possibly payments from the estate.
Anyway for your own question the answer is a definite NO.

No... life is tough for everyone... you knew this before you had three kids.. most figure it out after the first one, if you need more money get a second job... or a first one. And cut your uneccessary expenses.

WHere is your kids father (assuming all by the same one) at in all of this... is he not around and if not why is HE not paying? And if he IS there and just doesn't make enough why doesn't he get a second job.

I know single parents of two kids with three jobs to provide a decent living for them all.
