Easy just start talking to her get to know her and when y'all becom friends ask her out but be sure to don't rush it wait till after y'all become friends. This method worked all my life and if u don't believe me stop an think who wants to date a complete stranger

Why not enjoy your childhood and leave dating and relationships for when you get older? Trust me, you're going to blink and be graduating high school. Soon after that you'll be wishing you were a kid again.

Just be yourself, they will either like you or not, You will not get to date 1/2 of the "hot" girls but may end up dating the ones you have things in common with and find out that "hot" does not mean they are fun to be with.

I agree with what Fr_Chuck said. I'm 17 and a girl, and (not trying to sound at all conceited, I promise) I have to deal with guys who want to talk to me because of the car I drive, or the money my family has, or my looks. It's hard to find guys that I have something in common with and want to know the real me. Most of them just want to know if they can drive my Audi... And it gets really embarrassing when you think a guy really likes you, and he ends up being the same as all of the others. Don't be that guy! And people are going to tell you not to worry about dating at this age, but some of them also seem to forget that that's what all of the other kids at school are doing, they go to movies and football games and things with their 'boyfriend' or 'girlfriend'. It's innocent, and gives you a lot more confidence. I honestly wish I had 'dated' more boys when I was a little younger, because now I'm totally stuck on one guy, the only boyfriend I've ever had!

You are so that girl in high School aren't you? Judging by your answer to the OP, I wouldn't even look at you. You sound conceited and Audi's are junk.

OP,

You can't force anyone to like you. The most you can do is get to know her. Let her get to know you. From there things will go whatever way you/her want them too.
