The security industry is tightly regulared and subject to specific licencing.. There have been recent incidents of people from the subcontinent setting up fraudlent security businesses and forging credentials. I think any credentials you have would face intense scrutiny. You could submit your resume to a security firm, if accepted and sponsored you may have a chance

I would say you would not have a strong chance as this isn't an industry where there is a skill shortage, migration to Australia , other than as a UNHCR refugee, requires you have qualifications which are in short supply and for which positions are not easily filled in Australia. i.e. Medical profession, Mining Engineering. If you have family here you may be able to get a family reconciliation visa

Unlikely, the rules for economic migrants and family reconciliation are strict, even if you get here the costs to obtain residents visa are high. You should speak to your friend before you get your hopes up. We don't advertise this place as the land of opportunity you know. We don't recommend you try the route that some take

Look it is even difficult to get a tourist visa here when you come from the subcontinent, too many overstays and right now there is a big problem with Tamils leaving Sri Lanka and camps in India
