Hi,
I am 22 and weight is 50 kg. I am thin.
I joined gym and on the 1st day, I did workout of upper body.
I don't know the name, so I will tell you how I did.
Each 2 sets ( 15 times in 1 set)
Lifted weights -15 LBS in both hands together
I sat down and with the rod, I pulled wights of 18 lbs up to chest
With weights of 14 LBS in set 1 and 18 LBS in set 2, I pulled the rod down
After 2 days, I am still having very bad pain in my both arms. When I want to straighten my hand, I am unable to do. It pains lot when I try to make an angle of 180 degree.. es. I experience bad pain at elbow ( Not exactly elbow, the other side of elbow) from where we fold hands.
My both shoulders also have pain
After 1st day workout, 2nd day I did cardio.
3rd day I did lower body workout and I didn't took much weight because of my upper body pain.
Please help me.
