I am 18 years old living on a youth care agreement... My sister lives with my Uncle 4 hours away from me. Neither of us speak to our parents as we were abused and abandoned. My uncle has full custody of my sister... she is 14 and by time I wish to remove her she will be 15. She constantly crys to me over the phone or texts me telling me that aunty is being mean and that she took her daughter by the throat and dragged my sister by the ear... she ALWAYS asks to come live with me. I honestly don't want to see my sister live the life I've gone through although I've gone through worse. My entire family is split... my brother is 21 and is a druggie living on the streets and won't refuses to talk to us... I am so afraid of my sister living a horrid life. I want her in my care so I can give her the love, care and stability she needs. If I have a full time job and live in a 2 bedroom house would I be able to take on custody of my 15 year old sister? What if my boyfriend moves in with me when I'm 19... will that affect it? Please Help!! 1 I don't know where to start. I will be talking to my social worker about it to see if she can put my sister on a youth care agreement too but I still really need help please?
