92 ranger 3.0 won't start. Take gas on a rag will start. Fuel pump runs all the time when key is turned on. Idles good, give it gas it acts like flooding out. Replaced plugs wires distributor cap rotary button 3 relays under fuse box plugs fuel filter new fuel pump various sensors still no start unless I gas a rag.

Replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM).
Changed ignition control module and put new distributor starts and runs it did solve the fuel pump running all the time for a bit but now fuel pump back to running all the time. Thinking bad ground

Fuel pump grounding is often through the ECM. Try cleaning the main ECM ground; otherwise, it may be a bad ECM.
