I'm 30 weeks pregnant & my left big toe is swollen red & kind of purple & it hurts to even put pressure on it. It's been swollen for about 2 2 1/2 months now & won't go away. My healthcare nurse told me to cut a "V" in my nail to relive pressure but its only gotten worse. What should I do?

I'm 30 weeks pregnant & my left big toe is swollen red & kinda purple & it hurts to even put pressure on it. It's been swollen for about 2 2 1/2 months now & won't go away. My healthcare nurse told me to cut a "V" in my nail to relive pressure but its only gotten worse. What should I do?


Either call or go back to the health care nurse - or see a Physician.
