I'm kind of paranoid and I've had some experiences in my house so please give your opinions :(! (Long post ahead.. )
I remember when I was young, like 10 or something, I was waiting to go to school, and you know when you're stare into space when you're bored, well I was doing that. I was looking at this box of sprinkles or something on the kitchen bench and like before my eyes it honestly moved like 5cm or something; it was just sitting there like any object and out of completely no where it suddenly moved on it's own. I never really wanted to tell people about it because it seems easily made up. Sometimes I also see things just shake or something, as if they'd just been touched, so they vibrate a little; that can be anything though I guess.
The most weird time was when I was sitting in my room bored, so I just started to draw one of my baby horse breyers. (I've had them for ages and don't want to get rid of them xD) The internet was down and stuff so I randomly started to draw the baby horse, because I sometimes draw when I'm bored. I remember I went out later in the day, so I put my drawing down and just completely forgot about it. The breyers are placed on a shelf at the other side of my room. Then that night I went to sleep (obviously) then I woke up at like 5 in the morning and my computer desk is right next to my bed, so when I woke up the baby horse was standing on my desk facing me. I was confused at first then I started to cry because I was freaked out. I ended up putting it back. I told my parents about it and they said I could have been sleep walking and put it there, though I know and anyone else knows I have never in my life sleep walked or talked in my sleep. Ever. I haven't been able to get my head round that. Sometimes things like ornaments in my room have been moved to face the wall or little things like that. Things go missing etc. The ornament thing happened after I played a ouija board, I don't know.
My grandmother's house is kind of eerie, and one time when I slept there I had my first sleep paralysis experience an it was horrible, dark figures were walking around the room and bending down to look at my brother who was asleep; now I seem to have sleep paralysis often. The horse thing scared me the most :s

There may be an issue with YOU rather than your home. Spirits can attach themselves to people just as they would a house, in fact, it is what they prefer. They want manifestation and they want it to be centered around a person.

This may or may not have something to do with the ouija board... playing with one is NEVER a good idea and in so many cases it gives a spirit rights to be in your life. But that may or may not have something to do with your issue.

Whether your parents believe you or not... would they be open to you talking to a minister about this. I'm not referring to having the home blessed... you may need prayer for yourself. That would be something the minister could decide after he has talked to you some.

Of course there still may be some natural explanations for all of this and I'm trying not to make definitive statements here. None of us are with you or in your home... so I'm simply going off what you said. I, for one, am highly skeptical about sleep paralysis and I do think it has spiritual origins.
