I emailed the artist about this print and here is what he said. The print is in excellent condition and is framed.;

Dear Rona,
The "End of the Line" that you have is one of my first prints (1979) of a painting I did when I was 15. The print was the only one that I have ever experimentally marketed as an "open edition", that is why they do not carry numbers... even though I only had 950 of them made. Most of the edition sold was signed only, and the final 95 prints, my Artist's Proofs, were signed and marked A/P, some also featuring a remarque drawing. It is a rarity to find one of these prints in good condition these days!
