They were locked in the kitchen and my boxer is a counter surfer but didn't think she could ever reach the baby asprin. When we got home the bottle was destroyed and baby asprin all over the floor. What should I do??

Did you count the aspirin?
Gather up the aspirin on the floor, count it, assume it was a full bottle, and then go from there.
Baby aspirin is actually not harmful to dogs, in moderation. It's safe to give to a dog if it's in pain. But, like any medication, it can be deadly if too much is taken.
If you have any doubts on what was ingested, call your vet, do not wait until tomorrow, you need to go in right away, before this medication is ingested enough to do harm.
Good luck, and please let us know how it goes.

I do agree that the OP needs to call the vet asap. I don't agree that the dog wouldn't have eaten the aspirin because of the taste. Dogs will eat anything they can get their paws on. My dogs have eaten everything from a leather work glove to their own poo. Trust me, neither of those flavors would appeal to anyone.
Don't ever assume that because something doesn't taste good the dog won't eat it. They will.
