I have a friend who, from time to time, dramatically has a "seizure" - he does not foam at the mouth, and I can tell he does not actually lose consciousness (however, he certainly tries to portray this). I have seen several epileptic fits and they are very disturbing- his are not the same. My friend's fits are annoying. He murmurs annoying phrases like: "everyone leaves..." and repeats himself, whilst twitching around histrionically. What the heck is that? Is it even a psychological disorder to be worried about? I comfort him and I support him; stay with him until it is over because we are very close friends. He is a very insecure person. Gets anxious very easily and he cares what people think about him. He is very odd: arty. Into performance art- strange things. It only makes sense to me that these "psychological fits" are appealing to him and thus he uses them as a way of means to gain attention. What do you think these "fits" are? - attention? They bother me so much.

I shall. He last had one on Monday. We went to the doctor the next day. They said it's probably not epilepsy. Went for tests and brain scans (or something) on Thursday. Waiting for results. Should have them on Monday.
