I have a rmmate. Situation, moved in last fri and by Wednesday I had to already filed an eviction notice... she is not following house rules, leaving lights on in unoccupied rooms, not sleeping at night and disrupting my sleep by going in and out the front door even though she was asked from day one to use the back, which she agreed to. When things are not going HER way she is raising her voice at me, etc etc etc I live in SC... is there anyyything I can do to get her out sooner?

Yes, she has to be evicted, a process you've already started.

Sooner than what? How many days did you give her in the notice?

You can't file an eviction notice, you can file a "pay or quit" notice. This notice would need to state that due to the following violations of the lease agreement (you do have a written lease), you are terminating tenancy. Then list the violations.

F the landlord wants to evict for a reason other than failure to pay rent (such as holding over after the lease has expired or for another breach of the lease), the landlord must give 14 days notice. This notice is a notice to remedy or quit, meaning that the tenant can fix the breach within 14 days to avoid eviction. Notice requirements are further explained by S.C. Code of Laws 27-40-710.
