Sounds as though your period might be gearing up. 6 days is not considered late in the medical community for even the most regular of women. We all have a tendency of being late or even missing a period once in a blue moon.

Pregnancy symptoms and premenstrual symptoms can be identical.

I'm not sure I understand what you want me to say. From a medical standpoint, this could be the beginning of your period. However, many women know their bodies better than their doctors do.
I can only give you an educated opinion via the internet because I cannot do lab work on you or do a physical examination on you.

The only thing is my doctors won't do a blood test so I'm stuck on what to do as the home kits aren't detecting my hcg levels as they might be low :(

Doctors won't do a blood test on a woman who is only 6 days late as the tests are very expensive.

Nope. Many women tend to skip a period here or there for reasons unknown. You might be lucky to find a doctor who will do one if you miss your period next month.
