Ok, you are not really "enrolling" you are paying them money to send you a degree. The degree has no value in the US. It is not accredited by any group of the US Department of Education. You could just merely make up one on your computer that would be about the same value.

They will send you a piece of paper with a degree printed on it, You will not have any transcripts since you did not take any classes. So if you want something to hang on the wall, it will be pretty, if you want something to help you get jobs in the US, or to get some professional license it has little value.

You don't, you may get some credit for things like professional license, courses you took in other business.

You can often get maybe 15 or 20 credits toward a degree from a few colleges, but to get a real college degree you will have to take real classes.

Even most non accredited colleges have real classes



So pick a college , enroll and actually take classes.
