Here is what I found:
"Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

The "CI/C1" indicates an instantaneous current limit. This means there is an instantaneous current draw of 26 Amps at the motor windings. This could indicate problems with the drive motor, motor control board or excessive friction in the drive system or a locked u-joint assembly. I highly recommend calling a service technician to diagnose the failure or consider replacing this Calypso washer. The only thing a person can check is the resistance of the motor windings. Red to White should measure 3.1 Ohms of resistance. Yellow to White should measure 2.8 Ohms and Red to Yellow 5.9 Ohms of resistance.

If the motor windings tests Okay, the problem is likely caused by a friction issue with the u-joint assembly or basket drive. Removing and replacing these components would likely be near impossible due to the age and wear of the washer. I seriously recommend thinking about replacing the washer rather that attempting to repair it. "

You will need a meter to check out the motor, but it could be a lack of lubrication or a failed bearing.
