Sir

I have sex just before one day of my period start.My husband pulled out before sperm come out.can I get pregnant.

Yes, it's possible. Even though the odds go down the closer you are to your period, and even though he pulled out, women can ovulate very close to their periods and sperm can leak out, so... say there's a 1% chance. If you fall into that 1%, you are still 100% pregnant, right?

No. This is only to be used for an emergency. Get to your doctor and get on regular contraceptive medications.

If you don't want to get pregnant, then stop engaging in sexual intercourse, especially unprotected intercourse.

Edit: I was not aware you were married before posting this, but really the answer doesn't change. It just makes it easier for you to a more effective method of birth control.

Since you are married, you and your husband need to agree on a form of birth control. No form is 100 percent effective. And of course husband and wife will be often having sex even several times a week, so things like the morning after pill is not able to be used, it is for emergancy use, not regular use.

Condoms to start with, perhaps reglar monthly birth control pills and other options, you can talk to your doctor about.
