Hey I have the worst periods ever. They started 9 months ago, and just recently sent me to the emergency room, which was stupid because after the 3.5 hours of waiting to see the doctor, they had passed somewhat. They last for the first two days of my periods, but are most severe for about 8 hours. I can only get up to pee because it is too painful. It makes me nauseated and I have retched a few times. Ive tried everything; birth control, bananas, tea, heat therapy, exercise, Ibuprofen, Tylenol, Tylenol #3, Tramadol, Tramacet, Flexeril, Indomethacin, and nothing works. Im at a loss for what to do! Ill most likely end up in ER next time again.. and hope and pray to get a morphine shot. The doctors just say they can't do anything... so any ideas?
P.S. Right now I'm taking magnesium every day (400mg) and increasing to 600mg over my period, and I have not had one yet, so I don't know if that will help any. Also, I have completely cut out sugar and dairy except for yogurt, and white breads/pastas. But I still have not had my period yet, so I am skeptical of this working...

OH I might add that I've had both blood tests and ultrasounds and they were perfect.
