It seems it is not accurate and some courts rely too much on the results. Is this contested in any states that you know of?

I am also discovering some of the courts judges family own the testing places and are making a ton of money.

My friend passed all of her tests and is now done with everything and doesn't have to test anymore.

There are numerous suits pending. Drug testing is a very big business now and it wouldn't surprise me in the least that public officials are involved. The governor of Florida enacted testing for anyone on public aid. He owns the largest chain of drug collection agencies in the state.
