For the past 4-5 months I have 2 large lumps inside my vagina, a lot of discharge some thick some running occasionally containing blood, bleeding between periods, pain during and after intercourse. Pelvic and back pain. Now my cervix is very swollen causing pressure on my rectum, I am having small incognince and feeling very drained of energy.

Over the past 2 years I have lost over 75 pounds without trying. In 2008 I had a tumor removed from my spinal cord. 10 years ago during my pregnancy I had precancerous cells found in my cervix. The dr did a 'scrape' and removed them a few days later. I haven't been back since my son was born in 2002.

Could this be cervical cancer? Do I need to see a Dr. now or wait for my apt?

I have an apt at the end of the month with a gyno but I don't know if I can handle the discomfort until then because it is getting worse and worse.

Why have you not seen a Doctor before now?. make an appointment immediately.
He/she will advise you what it may or maynot be and will perscribe any medication or referral accordingly.
