OK my girlfriend got caught stealing for the 3rd time. She is on probation for 6 months for a misdemeanor. She got caught stealing from Walmart recently while she's on probation she went to jail paid the bail got out and have a court date... then today I found out there is a warrant for her arrest for violating her probation. This is her first violation she has a public defender going to court with her so what will happen to her? Will they add probation time to her or will they make her spend time in jail??

Up to the judge, she will stay in jail ( no bail) till the probation hearing. Since this is the third time, most judges will feel they have no respect for the law, and will give them 30 days or something in jail, but it is up to the judge

Hmmm they said I can bail her out for 350 dollars but she's wanted for probation violation not the Petit Theft... should I have her go to talk to her po?
