I'm 19 years old, currently attending Community College in San Diego. Since I started community college last year I was never sure what I wanted to major on. All I knew was that it had to do with Art. I decided full heartily that I want to teach art in college. My question is, What requirements, classes do I need to be taking right now in community college? Once after I'm done with community college, what else do I need to do? Transfer to art school, etc..
It would be extremely helpful is someone can answer my question. Any other advice is very much appreciated too. Thank you.

No, you need to go to a regular four year college, get a BS in Art, continue and get your MS in Art and then continue and get your PhD in Art.

Get your basic classes done at this point. And start looking for colleges with Art departments\\\

Get your basic courses out of the way in community college -- math, science, a language maybe, English, history, etc. Have you chosen a four-year college yet?
