How did you find this site? Did something give you the impression that this site is somehow tied to a manufacturer?
Reason I ask is we get posts like this all the time, like folks think we know exactly what they are talking about by asking a question like the one above.

This is a DIY help site message board, not a manufacturer's web site. You ask a question, and some of the professionals here try and help you.
If you were to post the name and model of your appliance someone here may (or may not) know something about it. For things like what you are looking for Google may be your best bet.
