He can "ask" very easily. But he can't force you out unless given the house in the divorce settlement. Has divorce proceedings started? Do you have an attorney?

More details will help us help you.

ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

P.S. its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. This can lead to confusion. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

Of course he can ask you, my ex used to ask me all the time, well sort of demand, "GET THE >>>> OUT" I think was her words.

But this will depend on where you are at, In perhaps Egypt or Iran he may have those rights, I have no idea there. In the US and Canada he can not force you.

One of your files for divorce and the divorce court will decide who gets to keep the house.

Laughing - certainly enjoyed the quote.

I don't know, of course, where OP is and what the dependents have to do with this. He is also trying to kick the children out?

Before OP leaves (if she's even considering leaving) she needs to speak to an Attorney. No matter if he "orders" her out or not he would then have grounds for divorce based on desertion.
