As soon as you put money in the machine acts like you are going to play but its stuck on tilt push the button and it stays on tilt this does not allow you to do nothing even the balls won't pop out. I don't know much at all about pinball machines but I did look online about the plumb bob looks like it is set up right. And the only fuses I seen is in the back of machine and they all look good any help would be greatly appreciated

I would try to remove power a few seconds, then power back up, may be confused or latched.
Maybe follow the wires from the pendilum, and would take you to a second tilt if for some reason it had 1? At least follow the wires, could be pinched?
