I am 11 and I have written a good few songs. My granny and family seem to think there brilliant. I live in Ireland, so do you have any suggestions of Irish music producers I could go and see.

Relatives rose tinted glasses are wonderful things, but not always an true indication of quality.

Due to your age it is highly UNLIKELY that any producer would even give you the time of day.
You need an agent/manager first as producers won't deal directly with the talent, especially one so young.
Have you been professionally assessed anywhere at all?

Where have you performed? What did non-family members say?

Look in the phone book for music producers - or on line.

Have you copyrighted or otherwise protected your original works?

Listen my family means this. I sang one of my songs for my granny. And at the end she said Oh my goodness you have got to go to music prouducer. I said, but I don't know anyone. She said I don't care I am going to find some place.

FAIRYTALES DO COME TRUE
Ahhhhhhhhhhh, lifes more ecxiting then candy. Or for in fact apple pie. Cause it doesn't crumble so quickly and leave nothing behind. Life will last you good times, then lead of to the mystical land you used to dream of...
(Chorus)
And life is at the end of my finger tips! And used just have try to dream on. Think of all the fairytales you used to read, cause that life isn't gone. Imagine all the mermaids diving, pixies too and you just have to find the closed door, cause fairytales come true, fairytales come true.

So never give up on the life you used to think of, imagine that one too. When your eyes are slowly closing you have you second world to look forward to.
(Chorus)
So think of your childhood! Think of the fantasy! And wait until you get there and you'll enjoy yourself guaranteed...
(Chorus)

For your sake I hope it does work out for you, I really do, but these are 11-year old lyrics. I'd keep working on my "craft." The only way to succeed is to keep trying, appear wherever you can, whenever you can.

It's good that your family supports you. It is bad if they are not honest. Hopefully your Grandmother will find someone for you.

You never know if you don't try.
