I am on probation that I accepted from a complaint (I was never arrested) and was not informed of the other required conditions of probation accept the one condition of restitution that I have. That's why I sinned and accepted probation instead of fighting the case. I didn't realize you could not travel or move out of state. I am living temporarily at my friends home which he might sell or at least have his daughter come home from college and live there, therefore I would have to move possibly at a moments notice. The only place I can go is to another state where I will be able to live in a home. I have no other place to live in the state I have probation in. I have made all payments so far and have not missed any appointments. What can I do if I have to leave suddenly ? Should I put in transfer now which takes months? Anything I can do now?
