Where is this located and how do I swap in a new one?

They are almost always behind the center console and, unfortunately, require pulling that assembly out.

Also, be sure to disconnect the negative battery cable, prior to beginning work.

You may try some other sites dedicated to the Durango. I had a 240 Volvo and found a link with a template to cut the plenum, pull the fan out through the hole and then patched the hole after the new fan was installed. "Official" way was to remove the entire center console, wires, linkage etc.

Well I hope its easier than all that but ill Google it and see what I can find.

So it was super easy to change the blower out. Unfortunately it still won't work. Any more suggestions?

. Check all under dash and under hood fuses with a test light or multimeter.

. Check the blower fan relay, possibly located in the under hood fuse/relay box.
