Guys please give me advice on moving on. Please I don't want to think about my boyfriend at all. He has moved on. He has other relations, but why do I still care? It has been long we broke up, but I still cry, and don't want to.

I don't know how long its been but you must first give yourself the proper time to mourn and heal from the death of this relationship, and tell your friends you want no news of him and do not seek news of him from the Internet or any other source and in time after following strict NO CONTACT you will eventually be able to move on as you rebuild, and regroup.

There is nothing to do but live your own life and be happy. We seldom forget whowe give our hearts too, but it just stops hurting after a while. Relax, seeing him a lot just keeps stirring feelings and memories, but that doesn't have to be a bad thing.

Did you even read the stickies at all? There are no easy ways to get over some one. Older people have done this for centuries and moved beyond the hurt of the first heart break with TIME. No one ever said it would be easy, as we all know it's the hardest thing you have ever done.

For our own good you have to go through this growing pain and be stronger and wiser for it. Now go cry on your friends shoulder and let them support you with their sympathy, and empathy. Hurts I know, but it will get better.

Break ups are a great time to have that one good trusted friend. I agree not everyone should know how hurt you are over this.
