Are you sating that the washer supplies don't have pressure or that they have pressure but none's getting into the washer? Back to you, Tom

That depends on location of washer to existing plumbing.

To run water lines would be fairly easy. The waste and vent would be the hardest. Without any idea where the water and waste are located or where u want the washer, it is hard to say.

Chuck nailed it when he posted,
To run water lines would be fairly easy. The waste and vent would be the hardest. This would be a major remodel to install a washer station. Let me see if I can come up with a more workable situation. I think I've come up with a solution that will save you big $ without tearing up anything, This would require adding length on to your hoses and only use the hot water side of the washer.
Depending on where the washer will set you can purchase a spout to hose adapter,(see image).
Remove the aerator from the kitchen sink spout and attach the hose adapter, Connect the hose marked hot to the adapter and set your washer on hot. Now hook the discharge hose over the sink. You now have a set up where you have water and a discharge point that's vented. Good luck. Tom
