I am a single mother with a college bound full time basketball player student. The fees and expenses will be enormous and I will need assistance. Am I able to take the father back to court to continue support until she graduates from college?

No, in the vast majority of cases whatever was ordered was ordered - you can always try because the law has changed.
Have you looked into the grants and scholarships that are available?
Can she approach her father for help - or can you - or is that out of the question?

What's wrong with your daughter paying for her OWN education?
You can, of course, TRY to challenge the child support order, but odds are that you won't win. Not this late in the game.
I worked in college administration for over 10 years. Believe me--they pay better attention and care more about their education if they're paying at least part of it themselves.
Loans, scholarships and grants are her best bet.

Well, I was just guessing based on OP's statement: "support until she graduates from college?"

Woman's basketball is big now. If she has any talent in basketball, I would think scholarships would be available. Has she spoken to her HS coach? Coaches can usually help get one.

In California there are no provisions unless agreed upon for continuing child support after 18 and graduating High School or turning 19.
