I've had my Tragus pieced for 6 weeks today , would it be okay to take it out without it closing so I can clean it right? Help? Or should I wait till I've had it for 8 weeks?

You shouldn't have to take it out completely to clean it right. Whether you have a stud or a ring in, all you have to do is put whatever your using to clean it around the hole and on the jewelry. Twist the jewelry and move it around so it cleans the inside as well. That should be good enough, if your piercer said leave it in for 8 weeks, then leave it in. Simple as that. That way you avoid infection or not being able to get the jewelry back in.
