hi... I'm 25 years old... slightly overweight... I chew tobacco and drink socially. I'm a chef for a living and am on my feet for 8-10 hours a day. For the past 3 years I've been suffering from different tightness in my legs. The worst pain is usually in the back of my thigh and sometimes the pain is so bad it will shoot down my leg! Sometimes it's so bad that I'll wake up in the middle of the night and can't even stand on my own two feet. Sometimes I'll go a month or two without any pain then it all comes back at once. One day it might be my left leg... one day it might be the right leg... one day it might be both legs. It's completely random. Stretching tends to help a little bit after a couple days. Does anybody know what could cause this though? Why my legs tighten up like this? And what could I do to rid myself of this for good? Any responses would help greatly and I would appreciate it so much! Thank you!
