I did the salt and ice challenge 3 days ago and I still have the burns... is they any cure? Please help me I am in agony!

No cure... you were dumb enough to do it... now you have to live with it and any scars it leaves... all you can do now is wait.

I have to ask. When you heard about it, what made you think it was a good idea? And why would you do it? What did you get out of it other than joining an ever growing group of other people that were stupid enough to do it?
