Hey everyone, I've been cracking my brain trying to search for a movie title. I watched it probably 2-3 years ago? It was about a group of thieves hired to steal the Declaration of Independence. Here are some movie parts/clues I remember:

1) They were approached by a middle-eastern man offering lots of money to steal the Declaration of Independence.
2) There was a scene where they set fire to a house, then dressed up as fire fighters to enter the house.
3) They found their forger in a pub. He was a drunkard of some sort.
4) On the actual stealing day, they staged a movie/film production to hold traffic, to make it easier for them to steal and escape from the National Archives.
5) Towards the end of the movie, we find out that they made 2 replicas of the Declaration. 1 was replaced in the National Archives, 1 was sold to the middle-east. The original Declaration was kept safely in their hands.
6) The forger was a really good forger. He used the right ink and paper, made the whole document look like it was the right age. Replicated all the signatures perfectly. He did his work alone in a room.
7) The movie also showed the Declaration being stored underground. Only the archive's caretaker had access to it.

I think, the story line is very similar to Jeffrey Archer's book Honour Among Thieves. I might have gotten a few points mixed up though. Any help would be awesome!

National Treasure with Nicholas Cage? The details as you describe them don't sound familiar (I hated the movie) so maybe there's more than one movie along the same lines.

(It's wracking brains, not cracking.)
