I have been having chest pain that moves into my throat and under my tongue. Last night it moved in under my arms and all over my chest this did not last long but I'm still having chest and throat pain and shortness of breath. Could this be my heart?

It could be ANYTHING, from acid indigestion or reflux (go get some Tums) to a very serious heart condition to any number of things, serious or not.
