I was at my dads house and I saw this mummy thing staring at me with blood on it red eyes and a sword I hid under the covers and it tapped me and I uncovered and it was holding the sword above my head and that was the end of it because I woke up in real life scared to death

Means stop watching scary dreams before bed most likely, Most dreams don't mean anything, they are just memories from our day or from past that our mind makes up.

What did you eat before going to bed?

I eat a LOT before bed and I don't think it has ever affected my dreams ;)
