I am 18 and I have been dealing with depression for a few years now. I just started on antidepressants about 4 weeks ago. Lately I feel so alone and I have no energy to do anything. I quit my job and I just sit around doing nothing all day. To make things worse the girl I'm in love with has just got a boyfriend and now I'm stuck being one of her "bestfriends". I've started cutting myself and I was hoping I could get some advice on what other people do to deal with similar problems.

Antidepressants can and do sap your energy - it's a common problem.
