There is no quick way, and there is no sure way.

Without knowing when you ovulate it's very hard to know when you're most fertile, which makes pinpointing when to have sex very difficult.

It takes the average couple 1-2 years of actively trying before they conceive, and that's tracking ovulation etc. etc.

You may want to talk to your OB about your irregular periods and what would be best for you to conceive.

It takes the average healthy couple up to a year or more of actively trying before conceiving, the majority of these women are regular. Since you are irregular it may take as long or longer. Is there a reason you are trying to get pregnant in such a rush?
